Default hero dervish builds

I'm getting a bit bored with using the warrior heroes, so I'm looking for a few builds that the dervish heroes know how to use ?

I don't want any build that requires any micromanaging beyond flagging and locking the hero to a target. Though having their hard res locked and requiring manual activation is acceptable.

zealous vow works great. add in mystic vigor and some other enchantment. and a bunch of attack skills. takes advantage of the heroes spamming nature

intruiging... I've capped zealous vow but never tried it out. Mind fleshing out more of a build here? I tend to leave my dervish heros at home because I've never been happy with how they use them.

I just use your basic faithful invention, mystic vigor, mystic regen, heart of fury + reaper sweep and 2 whatever attacks and they survive well enough.

I know you don't want to have to micro but the most you'll have to do is cast faithful intervention for them when you enter a new area.

I like Wounding Strike.
It's nice and spammy and heroes... well... spam.

Also... Skull Crack might be good for a laugh, heroes are mean interrupters...

Providing you give the hero an Ebon Scythe, Ebon Dust Aura works nicely. They will usually put it on when they attack a physical damage dealer and not if their first target is a caster. Heroes are not to be trusted with an earth damage conversion enchantment though. I also don't trust them with enchantment stripping skills like Signet of Pious Light or Pious Assault...they always strip the wrong thing.

I've tried them with Wounding Strike...that works well too

I agree, I've not seen any builds incorporating [wiki]Zealous Vow[/wiki], let alone used it. If anyone can post builds with this it would be interesting to see them.

heres a build ive used for the dervish hero. its not one i made up but the dervish never goes down unless the whole group does and then is usually one of the last still up

OgSlQIFb6uesFFgFJoJwURHweVe1IC

wearying strike
signet of agony
plaque touch
contagion
dark aura
mystic regen
faithful intervention
rez sig

i put in angorodans gaze in place of rez and you have to cast faithful intervention for the dervish and disable it so they do cancel it. i dont know how to put the skill icons in so sorry

well, i wouldnt run zealous vow myself, its not as good as a dawanya build, but heroes cant run avatar builds, and if you already have an earth ele (eruption) you dont need EDA and the heroes love to spam skills. zealous vow along with mystic vigor, heart of fury, and some extreamly spammable scythe attacks suits the heroes well.
